My personalized decor creation services are for couples who wish to have their day represent them.

I go beyond the standard decor elements by infusing your unique style into each piece I create. I listen carefully to understand how you want your pieces to look and feel, and make sure that every detail of your design tells your story of love.

When my creation process is complete, you'll have a collection of cohesive, beautiful decor pieces that will be memorable for years to come.

How My Process Works

Each piece is made-to-order so it can be truly authentic to you.

  • Get in touch with me and share your event details and what you’re looking to get made.

  • After we talk, I’ll pull together your ideas and create a design plan that takes into consideration your budget, timeline, and design preferences.

  • Once you approve the design plan, I’ll begin creating your pieces the way you envisioned.

Questions

How custom are your pieces?

I like to provide my clients with the opportunity to personalize their pieces in any way possible. Each order is made upon request, which offers a significant amount of flexibility into the final design and look of your decor. Besides the key selections to choose from such as, base material, font type, colour, and overall size, I can add in other personal touches you may want incorporated into the design. You can also bring me pieces you’ve collected that you want me to work on and personalized further for you.

Do you offer delivery or decor set up?

Yes, if you are local to the Comox Valley I can deliver your pieces to you. If not, they can be shipped to your address. At this time I do not offer a service to set up the decor at your venue location unless given the nature of the item it requires special handling and I’ve arranged this with you. If you have any questions about setting up the decor pieces I will always be available to answer them.

What areas do you service?

I operate out of my home studio in the Comox Valley but service clients all over Vancouver Island and the mainland.

Is there a minimum amount I need to order?

I do not require a minimum order. Every couple will have different decor needs and I encourage you to reach out no matter the size of your request.

How long does an order take to complete?

This will vary depending on the number of pieces you need, as well as the type of service. Typically, most orders will take 3-4 weeks to complete after finalizing your design plan. During the peak wedding season (May - August) this timeframe may move to 6-8 weeks. I recommend getting in touch as soon as you have some ideas in mind. I will then begin the design planning process with you and order any specialty supplies that are needed to complete your pieces.

Are there any decor pieces you would not do?

All requests are reviewed and accepted on a case-by-case basis. Unless there are issues in obtaining the product supplies in time, I will do my best to create what you need. If there is something that you would like made that I haven’t done before I will do my research to see if it is something I could make and let you know right away. I love to work on new projects so please do not hesitate to inquire if that’s the case.

When do I pay for my order?

After I hear your decor request I will put together a quote and a summary of your design plan. If you’re happy with that quote I will share an invoice and payment will be requested so that I can begin making your pieces.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Due to the personalized nature of the pieces I make, I do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if there are any issues with your order I will do my best to correct them for you.
